Our veterinary team in Port Hope welcomes you and your pet!

We always welcome new clients and patients to our full service veterinary practice.  We are confident you will be very happy with our services.

As a new client of our veterinary clinic, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.  We offer a full range of services for your pet, including wellness appointments, vaccines, surgery and dentals. Our service will always be provided with courtesy and respect.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and our reception staff will ask you a few questions about your pets overall health, habits and personality. We will update your pets weight, which is something we will continue to do with every subsequent appointment. We will bring your pet into one of our exam rooms as soon as one is available.  Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, however as we provide services for medical emergencies, there may be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

Next one of our veterinarians will see you and examine your pet. We encourage our clients to ask any questions about the services we will be providing during their visit. If needed we will plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.

Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.

We are excited to meet you and your human and animal family members! We are currently able to provide medical care for cats, dogs, birds, small animals and  small exotics, and lizards. We are currently unable to accept large animals, livestock and snakes.

Please fill out and send in a New Client Form.

Here's What Our Clients Are Saying:

"Just a quick email to say thank-you so much for seeing Krew last minute. I can honestly say, when we had our Golden Doodle we thought our clinic was great (we were not living in Port Hope). When we rescued Krew we were living in Port Hope.  I am so grateful we came to your clinic.  You helped us when he became ill with Giardia and again today, last minute with an ear infection. To me, it shows how much you care just as much as we do about our fur babies. -Michelle Stroud"

"I would like to thank you and your staff again for tending to my naughty dalmatian on Saturday. I had called Kingston and Kawartha Emergency Clinics and knew I only had a two hour window to induce vomiting. I was in panic mode as both facilities were over an hour away. I reached out to you in hopes you could make time for us and you did so without hesitation. You prevented our boy from likely having abdominal surgery to remove the dreaded cat toy. There was no judgement and guilt placed on me. It was handled professionally and courteously from beginning to end. Russ was pretty quiet yesterday (GOOD!!) but back to being a going concern today. We will be more mindful of cat toys in the future. Of course Russ is not particular what goes in his mouth...sigh. With much appreciation and admiration"

"Good morning
An update on Lexi after her surgery yesterday. Up and bouncing around this morning. Thank you all for being so nice to her and such great care.  You are all wonderful.  Kind regards Dan and Liz Stewart"

"Thank you  for your surgery on Friday. Ben is much happier & much more aware of his surroundings than before. - Catharine"

"Ola a todos! Hi all, I just wanted to thank you again for taking care of Rollie's shots, etc for Costa Rica. They approved him and he is happy here in the sun. Thanks for all your assistance, knowledge, kindness and positivity. -Joanne, Peter and Rollie"
